An interesting law suit is going on in Europe.  One floral company is suing another floral company for buying their competitors name as a keyword on Google Adwords.  When a potential customer puts in the name of this floral company into a Google search another company is paying to be the number one listing in the advertising area for that term.  Is it illegal?
